By using the GustoBot application, you agree to the following terms. Service provider: GustoBot.

Description of service

GustoBot is a mobile application that provides AI-generated recipe suggestions. Suggestions are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice.

Subscription and pricing

Free tier: a limited number of daily recipe suggestions; you can earn additional suggestions by watching rewarded video ads.
GustoBot Premium: an auto-renewing monthly subscription (GustoBot Premium, Monthly) that unlocks unlimited (subject to fair-use policy) recipe suggestions and an ad-free experience.
Price: the current subscription price is shown on the purchase screen of the store where you downloaded the app.
Billing: payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: the subscription automatically renews for the same billing period (monthly) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing or cancelling: you can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, at any time up until 24 hours before the current period ends.
Free trial (if offered): if GustoBot offers a free trial period for the subscription, any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase the subscription, where applicable.

User responsibilities

It is your responsibility to keep your allergy and health-restriction information accurate and up to date. The application does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice.

AI and content disclaimer

Recipes are AI-generated suggestions. The final decision on nutritional adequacy, suitability, and safety rests with you. Consult a qualified professional for medical or nutritional advice when needed.

User content

You retain ownership of any comments, photos, or other content you create within the app. By submitting such content, you grant GustoBot a license to use it as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the service.

Limitation of liability

GustoBot and its affiliates do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GustoBot is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from following a recipe.

Termination and suspension

GustoBot may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, in cases of abuse, fraud, violation of others' rights, or material breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; courts of Turkey have jurisdiction over any disputes.
