1Peel the grapefruit, removing all white pith to avoid excessive bitterness. Segment the grapefruit and remove any seeds. Place the grapefruit segments into a blender.
2Add 500g of water to the blender with the grapefruit segments. Blend until smooth.
3Strain the blended grapefruit mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher or container, pressing down on the solids to extract all the liquid. Discard the pulp.
