1Prepare the picadillo filling: Heat a small amount of Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced White onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
2Add the minced Garlic cloves to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
3Add the Ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, then drain any excess fat.
