1Combine 500 grams of wheat flour, 10 grams of salt, 20 grams of olive oil, and 280 grams of water in a large mixing bowl. Knead the mixture for at least 10-15 minutes until a smooth, elastic dough forms. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
2While the dough rests, prepare the filling. Finely chop 200 grams of onion. Heat 30 grams of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
3Add 400 grams of ground beef to the pan with the onion. Break up the ground beef with a spoon and cook until it is browned and all liquid has evaporated.
