1Split the Vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Place the Whole milk, vanilla bean pod, and seeds into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Remove from heat and let infuse for 15 minutes, then remove the vanilla bean pod.
2In a separate small saucepan, melt 50g of Unsalted butter until just melted, then set aside to cool slightly.
3In a large bowl, whisk together the Granulated sugar, All-purpose flour, and Salt.
