1Clean the Beef small intestines thoroughly. Rinse them multiple times under cold running water, removing any excess fat or debris. Squeeze the juice from 100 grams of Limes over the Beef small intestines and rub well, then rinse again.
2In a large pot, combine the cleaned Beef small intestines with 100 grams of White onion (cut into quarters), 30 grams of Garlic cloves (smashed), 1 gram of Bay leaves, and 10 grams of Salt. Cover with enough water to fully submerge the Beef small intestines.
3Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for approximately 60-90 minutes, or until the Beef small intestines are tender but still have some chew. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
