1Melt the Butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cubed Lamb shoulder and brown it on all sides, stirring occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes.
2Add the finely chopped Onion to the pan with the Lamb shoulder and sauté until the Onion softens and becomes translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
3Stir in the finely diced Green bell pepper and Red bell pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until they start to soften.
