1Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the fine sea salt to generously season the water.
2While the water heats, thinly slice the garlic cloves. Finely chop the fresh parsley, setting a small amount aside for garnish.
3In a large skillet or pan, heat the extra-virgin olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the sliced garlic and dried red chili flakes.
