1Soak the dried radish greens in plenty of water for at least 6-8 hours, or overnight, until fully rehydrated and softened. Change the water a few times during soaking.
2After soaking, rinse the rehydrated dried radish greens thoroughly. In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add the dried radish greens, and blanch for 10-15 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water, squeezing out excess moisture.
