1Clean the Pabda fish thoroughly, pat dry, and marinate with 5 grams of Salt and 2 grams of Turmeric powder for 15 minutes.
2In a small bowl, soak the Black mustard seeds and Yellow mustard seeds in a little Water for 10 minutes. Then, grind them into a smooth paste along with half of the Green chilies.
3Heat 70 grams of Mustard oil in a wide pan or kadai over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully shallow-fry the marinated Pabda fish until lightly golden on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the fried fish and set aside.
