1Score the rounded side of each Fresh Chestnut with a sharp knife.
2Place the scored Fresh Chestnuts in a large pot with 1000g Water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until the Fresh Chestnuts are tender.
3Drain the Fresh Chestnuts, reserving some of the cooking Water. While still warm, peel off both the outer shell and the inner skin from all the Fresh Chestnuts.
