1To prepare the dough, combine Atta flour, Sugar, 5 grams Salt, and Baking powder in a large bowl. Mix well.
2Add Yogurt and 20 grams Ghee to the dry ingredients. Gradually add Water, kneading until a soft, pliable dough forms. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
3For the keema filling, heat 20 grams Ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped Onion and sauté until translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
