1Cut the Hare into large serving pieces. Place the Hare pieces in a large non-reactive bowl.
2Roughly chop 100g of Carrots, 50g of Celery, and 100g of Onions. Add them to the bowl with the Hare.
3Add 20g of Garlic cloves (crushed), 2 Bay leaves, 5g of Rosemary sprigs, 5g of Juniper berries, and 2g of Whole cloves to the Hare and vegetables.
