1Wash the Glutinous rice thoroughly until the water runs clear. Soak the Glutinous rice in 1000g of Filtered water for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
2Drain the soaked Glutinous rice completely. Steam the Glutinous rice in a steamer for 40 minutes until it becomes translucent and sticky, forming 'go-du-bap'.
3Spread the 'go-du-bap' on a clean, wide tray to cool down to room temperature (around 25°C). Ensure it cools evenly and does not clump.
