1If using whole black olives, pit them first. Rinse the black olives thoroughly under cold water to remove excess salt, then drain them well.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared black olives, thinly sliced red onion, diced tomatoes, and finely diced green bell pepper.
3Add the finely chopped fresh parsley and finely chopped fresh mint to the bowl with the other ingredients.
