1Steam the glutinous rice flour: Place the glutinous rice flour in a heatproof bowl, cover loosely, and steam for 30 minutes over medium-high heat. The flour should be slightly translucent and sticky.
2Prepare the dough liquid: In a separate bowl, combine the Soju, Water, and Ginger juice. Heat this mixture until warm but not boiling.
3Knead the dough: Transfer the steamed glutinous rice flour to a large mixing bowl. Gradually add the warm Soju, Water, and Ginger juice mixture, along with the Sesame oil, kneading continuously until a smooth, elastic dough forms. The dough should be firm enough to hold its shape but pliable.
