Knead the dough: Transfer the steamed glutinous rice flour to a large mixing bowl. Gradually add the warm Soju, Water, and Ginger juice mixture, along with the Sesame oil, kneading continuously until a smooth, elastic dough forms. The dough should be firm enough to hold its shape but pliable.
