Tater Tot Taco Casserole

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Brown 454g ground meat with 150g chopped onion and 5g minced garlic in a skillet.

Drain excess grease from the meat mixture and stir in 1g taco seasoning mix.
