Cut 200g mozzarella cheese into four equal sticks. Cut 200g hotdogs in half. Skewer a piece of mozzarella cheese followed by a piece of hotdog onto a wooden skewer. Repeat for all four servings.

Place 120g ramyeon noodles into a sturdy bag and crush them into small pieces using a rolling pin or mallet. Set aside in a shallow dish.

In a large bowl, combine 150g all-purpose flour (for batter), 50g cornstarch, 10g baking powder, 20g granulated sugar (for batter), and 5g salt (for batter). Whisk to combine.
