1. Clean and devein the Prawns, then pat them thoroughly dry. Set aside.

2. Soak the Dried Byadgi Red Chillies in hot water for 20 minutes until they are softened. Drain the water completely.

3. In a grinder, combine the soaked Dried Byadgi Red Chillies, Garlic, Ginger, Cumin Seeds, Black Peppercorns, Cloves, and Cinnamon Stick. Add the White Vinegar and grind to a very smooth, fine paste.
