1Rinse the pork neck bones thoroughly under cold running water to remove any bone fragments or impurities.
2Place the pork neck bones in a large pot and cover with fresh cold water. Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat.
3Once boiling, skim off any foam or scum that rises to the surface. Continue to boil for 5-7 minutes to blanch the pork neck bones.
