1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Maida, Carom seeds, Black cumin seeds, and Salt.
2Add the Ghee to the dry ingredients and rub it into the Maida using your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs and holds its shape when pressed.
3Gradually add Water, a little at a time, and knead to form a firm and smooth dough. Do not make the dough soft.
