1Wash and peel the Korean radish. Cut the Korean radish into thin matchsticks, approximately 5-6 cm long.
2Place the cut Korean radish in a large bowl and sprinkle with Salt. Toss well to coat evenly. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes to draw out excess water.
3While the Korean radish is salting, prepare the other ingredients. Finely mince the Minced garlic. Thinly slice the Green onions diagonally.
