1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cornmeal, All-purpose flour, and Salt.
2Gradually add the warm Water to the dry ingredients, whisking continuously until a smooth, pourable batter is formed, similar in consistency to a thick pancake batter.
3Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a generous portion of the Butter and allow it to melt and coat the bottom of the pan.
