Mexican Taco Quiche

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil a 9-inch pie dish or quiche pan.

Brown 454g ground meat with 100g diced onion and 100g diced pepper in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 8 minutes.

Stir 1g taco seasoning mix and 200g salsa into the cooked meat mixture. Simmer 2 minutes to blend flavors.
