1Finely chop the Onion. Dice the Green peppers into small pieces. Grate or finely dice the Tomatoes.
2Heat the Olive oil in a medium-sized, non-stick pan or a traditional menemen tava over medium heat.
3Add the chopped Onion to the pan and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
