1Peel and finely mince the garlic. Wash the fresh mint and fresh dill thoroughly. Pat them dry with a clean cloth or paper towel and finely chop them.
2In a medium mixing bowl, combine the strained yogurt with the minced garlic, chopped fresh mint, and chopped fresh dill.
3Add salt to the mixture and stir well until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Taste and adjust the amount of salt if necessary.
