Italian Sausage and Zucchini

Remove casings from 680 g Italian sausage and crumble into a large skillet.

Cook sausage over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Add 150 g chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
