1Soak 20 grams of tamarind in 100 grams of warm water for 15 minutes, then extract the thick pulp and discard any solids.
2Place 200 grams of poha in a colander and gently rinse under running water for 30 seconds. Drain completely and set aside to soften for 5-7 minutes.
3Heat 30 grams of ghee in a large pan or kadai over medium heat.
