Thoroughly clean the Dalrae by rinsing under cold water, removing any soil or discolored parts. Trim the root ends slightly if needed.
Cut the cleaned Dalrae into 4-5 cm lengths.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Soy sauce, Gochugaru, Sesame oil, Toasted sesame seeds, minced Garlic, Sugar, and Vinegar to create the seasoning sauce.
