1Grease a square or rectangular tray (approx. 8x8 inch) with a small amount of ghee and keep it aside.
2In a heavy-bottomed pan, combine the desiccated coconut and full-fat milk. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously for 5-7 minutes until the full-fat milk is absorbed and the desiccated coconut mixture is slightly moist.
3Add the granulated sugar to the coconut mixture and mix well. Continue cooking on low heat, stirring constantly. The granulated sugar will melt and make the mixture liquidy.
