1. Prepare the Cooked short-grain rice by mixing it with 10g of Sesame oil and 2g of Salt. Set aside to cool slightly.

2. Wash the Spinach thoroughly. Blanch the Spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds, then immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking. Squeeze out as much water as possible. Season the blanched Spinach with 5g of Sesame oil, 1g of Salt, and 5g of minced Garlic.

3. Peel and julienne the Carrot. Sauté the julienned Carrot in a lightly oiled pan with 1g of Salt until slightly tender, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
