1Clean the Fresh bajirak clams thoroughly under running water. To purge sand, soak the Fresh bajirak clams in a bowl of salted water (about 30g salt per 1000g water) for at least 30 minutes in a dark place. Rinse again before use.
2In a large bowl, combine Wheat flour, Water for dough, and Salt for dough. Mix until a shaggy dough forms. Knead the dough on a clean surface for 10-15 minutes until smooth and elastic. Lightly coat the dough with Vegetable oil, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
3Peel and slice Korean radish into thin rectangles. Mince Garlic. Slice Green onion, reserving some for garnish. Julienne Zucchini. Slice Green chili pepper and Red chili pepper for garnish.
