1Ensure the Cooked Jasmine rice is cold and separated. If clumpy, gently break it apart with your hands.
2Heat 10 grams of Vegetable oil in a wok over high heat until shimmering. Crack the Eggs into the wok and scramble them quickly until just set but still moist. Remove the scrambled Eggs from the wok and set aside.
3Add the remaining 30 grams of Vegetable oil to the wok. Add the Minced pork and stir-fry, breaking it up with your spatula, until it is cooked through and lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.
