1. Place the Turkey breast in a pot with Water, 10 grams of Garlic cloves, Bay leaf, and Fresh thyme. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the Turkey breast is cooked through and tender, approximately 30-40 minutes. Remove the Turkey breast from the broth and let it cool slightly.

2. Once cool enough to handle, shred the cooked Turkey breast into fine strands using two forks or your hands. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.

3. Prepare the dressing: Juice the Sour orange into a small bowl. Finely mince the remaining 5 grams of Garlic cloves. Finely mince the White onion. Finely chop the Fresh cilantro. Carefully mince the Habanero chile, removing seeds if you prefer less heat.
