1Lightly roast the Black sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn them. Allow them to cool completely.
2Once cooled, combine the roasted Black sesame seeds and Jaggery in a grinder. Pulse until a coarse, crumbly mixture forms. Do not over-process into a paste.
3In a large bowl, combine the Rice flour and Salt. Gradually add 300 grams of Water, whisking continuously to form a smooth, lump-free batter of pouring consistency, similar to a thin crepe batter.
