1Ensure Sikhye is chilled. If using homemade Sikhye, strain any rice grains if a smoother texture is preferred for the latte.
2In a serving glass, combine the chilled Sikhye and brown sugar. Stir well until the brown sugar is fully dissolved.
3Gently heat the whole milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until warm, or steam it using an espresso machine wand to create a frothy texture.
