1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Unbleached all-purpose flour, Salt, and Instant dry yeast. Mix these dry ingredients thoroughly.
2Gradually add the Warm water and Olive oil (for the dough) to the dry mixture. Knead the dough for approximately 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rest in a warm place for 45-60 minutes, or until it has visibly doubled in size.
3While the dough is resting, prepare the filling. Crumble the Beyaz peynir into a medium-sized bowl. Finely chop the Fresh parsley and add it to the cheese. Season the mixture with Black pepper. Mix all filling ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
