1Sift the Maida flour, salt, and sugar into a large mixing bowl, ensuring no lumps remain.
2Add 50g of Ghee to the dry ingredients. Using your fingertips, rub the Ghee into the Maida flour mixture until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs and is evenly incorporated.
3Gradually add Water, a little at a time, and knead the mixture into a firm, smooth, and pliable dough. The dough should not be sticky. Adjust Water quantity as needed to achieve the right consistency.
