1To prepare the dough, combine 300 grams of Water, Dry active yeast, and Granulated sugar in a bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the yeast activates and becomes foamy.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine All-purpose flour and 10 grams of Salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and 30 grams of Olive oil.
3Mix the ingredients by hand or with a stand mixer until a shaggy dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 8-10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
