1In a large bowl, combine warm water, granulated sugar, and instant dry yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
2Add wheat flour, 5g of salt, and 15g of olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead for 8-10 minutes until a smooth, elastic dough forms.
3Lightly grease another bowl with 15g of olive oil, place the dough in it, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 60-90 minutes, or until doubled in size.
