In a large mixing bowl, combine All-purpose flour, Instant dry yeast, Granulated sugar, and Salt. Mix well.

Gradually add 150 grams of Water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a shaggy dough forms. Turn the dough out onto a clean surface.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Add the softened Unsalted butter and continue kneading for another 10-15 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. It should pass the windowpane test.
