1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Glutinous rice flour and Salt. Gradually add the Water, mixing with your hands until a soft, pliable dough forms. The dough should not be sticky.
2Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Divide the dough into small, bite-sized pieces, each weighing approximately 10-15 grams. Roll each piece into a smooth ball.
3Bring a large pot of Water to a rolling boil. Carefully drop the Glutinous rice flour balls into the boiling Water. Stir gently to prevent them from sticking to the bottom.
