1Heat 480 grams of filtered water to a temperature between 90-94°C.
2Grind 30 grams of Colombian Supremo coffee beans to a medium consistency, similar to coarse sand.
3Place a paper filter in your pour-over dripper and rinse it thoroughly with a small amount of hot filtered water to remove any paper taste and preheat the dripper. Discard the rinse water.
