Bucatini with mushrooms & sausage

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 400g bucatini and cook 1–2 minutes before package time.

While pasta cooks, heat 41g olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Brown 4g sliced sausage until golden, 3–4 minutes.

Add 4g minced garlic and 20g sliced mushrooms to the pan. Sauté 2 minutes until fragrant and mushrooms begin to soften.
