1In a large mixing bowl, combine the strong bread flour and salt (for dough). Gradually add the water (for dough) and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
2Transfer the dough to a clean surface and knead for 10-15 minutes until it is smooth, elastic, and no longer sticky.
3Divide the dough into 10-12 equal pieces, approximately 75-80 grams each. Roll each piece into a smooth ball.
