In a large mixing bowl, combine the 250 grams of Bread flour, 30 grams of Caster sugar (for bun dough), Instant dry yeast, and Salt. Mix well.
Add the Whole milk and 50 grams of Egg (for bun dough) to the dry ingredients. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a clean work surface and knead for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
