1Rinse the White soybeans thoroughly and soak them in Water for soaking overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
2Drain the soaked White soybeans and transfer them to a large pot. Add Water for boiling and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the White soybeans are tender.
3Drain the cooked White soybeans and immediately rinse them under cold running water. Gently rub the White soybeans between your hands to remove as many skins as possible. Discard the skins.
