Rinse the Glutinous rice thoroughly and soak it in cold water for at least 2 hours. Drain well before use.

Clean the Whole squid: remove the internal organs, backbone, skin, and eyes. Separate the tentacles and finely chop them. Keep the squid bodies intact.

Wrap the Firm tofu in a clean cloth and squeeze out as much excess water as possible. Crumble it into a bowl.
