1Prepare the broth: In a large pot, combine Water, Dried anchovies, and Dried kelp. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove and discard the Dried anchovies and Dried kelp from the broth.
2Prepare the seasoning paste: In a bowl, combine Gochujang, Gochugaru, Doenjang, Minced garlic, Minced ginger, Korean soup soy sauce, Mirin, and Black pepper. Mix thoroughly until a smooth paste forms.
3Add initial vegetables to broth: To the prepared broth, add the sliced Korean radish and Yellow onion. Bring the broth back to a boil.
