11. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the Palada and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain the cooked Palada thoroughly and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
22. In a separate heavy-bottomed pan, combine the Jaggery and Water. Heat over medium flame, stirring until the Jaggery completely melts and forms a syrup. Strain the Jaggery syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any impurities. Set aside.
33. In another thick-bottomed pan or uruli (traditional Kerala vessel), pour the Full-fat milk. Bring it to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer the Full-fat milk, stirring occasionally, until it reduces to about half its original volume and thickens slightly, which will take approximately 45-60 minutes.
